Amulet Estate 'AE' SAUVIGNON BLANC
Rising from the ashes following a vineyard replant steming from the Glass Fire of 2020. The ‘AE’ Sauvignon Blanc, vintage 2024, our inaugural release from our Estate Vineyard. Aged in concrete egg and once used French oak barrels. Vines resting in Sobrante soil with an elevation of 200ft. In the mouth spirited acidity is met by flavors of fresh white peach, golden apple, savory herbs, and pastry cream balanced by clean minerality all giving way to a long mouthwatering finish.
AE Sauvignon Blanc bursts out of the glass with aromatics of lemon curd, honeysuckle, wet stone and juicy stone fruit. In the mouth spirited acidity is met by flavors of fresh white peach, golden apple, savory herbs and pastry cream balanced by clean minerality all giving way to a long mouthwatering finish.
